I’m Liv! I’m a full service esthetician, based in Woodbury MN. I do everything from skin, to waxing, to lashes! Mainly lashes!! Cancellation Policy
No-shows and same day appointments (no deposits paid) cancellation is subject to a 50% fee of all services booked per appointment. Clients whom have paid deposits will forfeit their deposits and charged remainder amount booked. 24 hour call time is required for all new and existing clients. Cancellation BEFORE the 24 hrs mark (meaning canceled AFTER the salon closed day prior to your appointment) All clients will be asked to provide a credit card on file before scheduling appointments. Any Russian Volume appointments made will be subjected to a required deposit (for ALL new and existing clients) Cancellations for ALL services involving Russian Volume will forfeit deposits and will be charged the remaining amount of services booked. If you cancel or no-show same day you will lose your deposit and be charged for the remaining amount. Due to the extensive process and amount of time and products used for this particular service any time you make one of these appointments your card will charged and you will not receive a chance for refund for canceling at any time.
